Journey to Adventure Camping Award
The award will be presented each year at the District Recognition Dinner.
The purpose of the award is to encourage units to have active
short and long term camping programs and to support
the requirements of the Journey to Excellence award.
This award is co-sponsored by the Alliklik Chapter of the Order of the Arrow.
Units must complete the application form and turn it in to the
District Camping Chair by the January District Roundtable.

It is time to honor our hard working volunteers!
We will be presenting
following district awards:
Award of Merit,
Cub Scout Leader of the Year,
Boy Scout Leader of the Year,
Commissioner of the Year,
Eagle Scout of the Year,
and Lifetime Achievement Award.
The District Awards Dinner will be on
Saturday, January 28, 2017
Doors open at 6:00pm
Dinner will be served at about 7:00pm

Merit Badge Counselor List
is now updated quartly.
The list is sent directly to Troop leaders. If you need a copy of the list,
please contact Jolene Buck, Merit Badge Coordinator
Counselors, please be sure to read the second page of the registration form for all instructions. All counselors must explain why they are qualified.
Each counselor is limited to a maximum 12 merit badges.
Completed forms can be dropped off at the Council office,
faxed to the Council at 818-901-4888
or emailed to Jolene Buck, Merit Badge Coordinator
Alliklik Chapter meets on the
2nd Thursday of the month - same time as Roundtable.
