The June Cahuenga Roundtable, which normally would have been held this Thursday, June 8th, HAS BEEN CANCELLED.
The Cahuenga Roundtable will also be on hiatus in July, and will resume with a new Scout year welcome Roundtable on Thursday, August 10th.

2017 Cub Scout Day Camp

Cahuenga and Balboa Oaks Day Camp
July 10-14 (Mon-Fri)
8:30am-3:30pm

Location: Behind the LDS Church
15555 Saticoy Street
Van Nuys, Ca 91406

Cost: $160

Day Camp is a week-long daytime camping program
for Tigers through Webelos, staffed entirely by volunteers. These programs provide a memorable
outdoor summer experience, including games, crafts, sports, water play, archery, Leave No Trace training, education and advancements. Every camper gets a camp T-shirt, a snack during the day, and
all the fun they can handle!

All Cub Scouts who are entering 1st - 5th grade in the 2017/2018 school year are welcome. Boys leaving kindergarten and entering 1st grade must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
throughout the week.

Cub Scouts from other districts and areas
are welcome to attend.

Daily activities may include:

Archery
Sports
Scout skills
Crafts
Cub Grub
Woodworking
Nature activities
STEM
and more!

Your Scout will howl it up on our animal adventure as he shares in a weeklong adventure of fun, friendship, advancement and memories to last a lifetime!

Volunteers Needed

Looking for some great volunteers that can volunteer for more than 3 days to help with Den Leadership, Craft and Cub Activities, Scout, STEM, Tot lot, Sports and Water activities. More information to come for orientation dates.

Adults and Den Chiefs (Boy Scouts) needed!
Willing to work with Cub Scouts and help the directors. No experience necessary, just a willingness to help!

Boy Scouts earn service hours and help
recruit for your troop!

Scoutmasters, Cubmasters, adult leaders, parents, and Boy Scouts are needed to ensure a successful Day Camp. Please contact Liz if you can volunteer any amount of time to help us out, or would like more information.
